Spacious room, clean Onsen, helpful staff, convenience store in lobby, vibrant eating district, exceeded expectations.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room size at Matsuyama New Grand Hotel was impressive, providing plenty of space to relax. The onsen on-site was a wonderful feature, allowing for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was also excellent, making it easy to access nearby shopping and the beautiful Matsuyama Castle. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, convenient location, and relaxing onsen. However, keep in mind that there may be some areas in need of renovation and the wifi could be stronger.

I loved staying at this hotel! First of all, the location is absolutely perfect. It's right in the city center, close to the castle and just a short distance from the ropeway that takes you up to the castle. This made exploring the city so convenient and easy. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and provided great service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed, with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with little touches like providing pyjamas and lots of other amenities. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious! There were a variety of options to choose from, ensuring that every morning started off on a positive note.

Great value for the money! This hotel was perfect for my weekend getaway. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The onsen was a relaxing way to end the day and the free bikes were a fun way to explore the city. Plus, the location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. I also appreciated the convenience store next door for snacks and drinks.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. While there were some good options, the room was too small and it was crowded.
